I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me with packing, unpacking, and checking in/out. The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. I especially loved the spacious room and the amazing walk-in shower. The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the bridge that crosses over the village on the river side. It was convenient to have everything on the island within walking distance, including shopping, dining, rides, and even an arcade. The valet parking service was a nice bonus, and the people who parked the cars were super friendly. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and stayed for 2 nights. Hard-working, helpful staff with all of our needs. It was a SUCH GREAT stay, you could leave a car right outside. Easy location, Blackpool International airport was 5 km away.

Overall I had a fantastic stay and definitely coming here again. Toast and jam for breakfast were lovely. Hotel was fairly clean. Warm room, good bar, delightful staff. Good area, very central location close to sea and the centre and south and central pier.
